Snowbird, Utah
The venue for the meeting will be the Snowbird resort outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. Snowbird is 29 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport, which has hundreds of non-stop flights daily from airports across the United States.
Lodging
We have reserved a block of rooms in the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird for the conference rate of $99.00 single / $109.00 double occupancy. Daily access to the Cliff Spa and Fitness Center is included in conference rate. A $5.00 per room per night charge will be added that covers high-speed wireless internet, valet and self parking, in-room coffee and newspaper, etc. All rates are subject to applicable taxes at the time of arrival, currently 11.60%.
The conference rates will be available 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting dates.

Transportation
Hundreds of non-stop flights service the Salt Lake City International Airport daily. The airport code is SLC.
Ground transportation from the airport to Snowbird has been arranged through Canyon Transportation for the round-trip pre-paid price of $56.00. Shuttle reservations may be made through Snowbird reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival by calling 1-800-453-3000. Walk-ups are accepted on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the SLC airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Spring Skiing!
Snowbird still has snow and lifts will be open weekends before and after the conference. Rooms are offered to conference attendees at conference rates of $99 for these dates - so come early or stay late!
Friday, May 14th – Sunday, May 16th: Lifts open for extended Spring Skiing schedule: Mineral Basin Express, Little Cloud and the Tram. Hours of operation will be based on weather conditions.
