Exhibits
Exhibits and posters will be on display in a ballroom adjacent to the presentation rooms throughout the conference, including a dedicated Exhibit & Poster Session on Tuesday 5/18, from 5:00 - 6:30 pm. Exhibits are welcome from commercial, agency, or non-governmental organizations.
Move-in: Monday evening
Exhibits open: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Poster & Exhibit Session: Tuesday evening
Move-out: Thursday evening
Exhibit space is 8' x 8', which will accommodate a table-top display or a floor display without a table. Exhibit space includes one table with linen skirting and two chairs. Electrical power and wireless internet are also included. Exhibit fee includes one conference registration.
Exhibit space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fee: $500
